This provides for a remote helpdesk facility accessed by all IT users within the business via telephone or email. Users are able to receive first-level support through this service.
This provides for a dedicated IT Manager to be available.
Typically the IT Manager would closely monitor all first-level calls logged via the helpdesk, to proactively manage recurring issues.
The IT Manager would be available by phone, remote access to the network and on-site.
On-site visits are typically pre-arranged for a specific day per month though in emergencies can also be made available at short notice.
