The left navigation bar allows the user to move between the major HRMS Modules. Additional information in each module can be found under the horizontal tabs found near the top of each page. Creation of new records and editing of existing employee records can be done by clicking on the New or Edit button on each page.

The Assignments page allows the details of each of these different assignments to be captured, thereby providing a overview of the employee’s history. Each assignment may be undertaken under different Benefits and Bonus schemes, the details of which can also be entered.

Details include names, nature of relationship with the main employee and passport information. Details of schools can also be entered for children of the employee.

This background information is categorized into 4 areas in the HRMS: Previous Job, Education, Certifications and Training History.

This Skills component is categorized into the following areas: Management Skill, Technical Skill, Function Skill, Other Skills and Special Knowledge, Languages. The specific skills that can be tracked under each area can be customized by the System Administrator to suit the required of the company.

The reason for a Check-out may be either an employment termination or a move within the company. Both of these can be handled by the system.
