Join our multi-national team for exciting sales challenges in an English speaking environment. Responsibilities: - Meeting the agreed sales targets - Continual lead generation – phone calls, emails and meetings – for new customers within the company’s target segments - Follow the sales process in close cooperation with all parties involved - Identification of customer wants and needs - Presentation of the company’s services, products and solutions with a strong focus on customer benefits - Successfully obtain profitable business from new and existing customers - Represent and promote the company as a service and product leader in the market place - Gather and share market intelligence - Make optimal use of all available sales tools and equipment - Adhere to the company’s sales and reporting processes and deadlines - Any others tasks assigned by the Sales Manager |
| Qualifications | - Bachelor Degree or higher in IT or computer related field or 3 years of IT sales experience
- Thai National - Female, between 25 and 35 in age - Good command of Thai and English, spoken and written Skills: - Know-how in all Sales and related tasks and duties - Knowledge of the company’s services and products - Good understanding of SoftControl’s philosophy, services, and products - Good interpersonal, presentation, negotiation and communication skills - Self-motivated, well organized, reliable, dependable and service-minded - Able to work under time pressure - Customer focused - Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint Competitive Salary offered to candidates with good experience and qualifications. |
